Images of Ilo appear throughout Hazel’s photo album and I have been trying to figure out who she might have been. Clearly, she was a friend of Hazel’s, but I think she may have also been Hazel’s sister-in-law. Ilo’s full name was Helen Ilo Wingate and she married Hazel’s brother Carl sometime around 1915. After Carl’s death, she married Ray Cramer. Below is Ilo’s obituary, as published in the Lima News on October 16, 1972.
Helen Ilo Wingate Cramer
Mrs. Ilo Kimble Cramer, 84, of 969 W. High, died at 6:20 a.m. today in St. Rita’s Hospital after an extended illness.
Born Nov. 23, 1887, in Ada, she was the daughter of George Wingate and Elvira Harshe.
Her husband, Ray Cramer, a patient in Edgewood Manor Nursing Home, Forstoria, survives. Also surviving is a son by a previous marriage, Richard G. Kimble of 2542 Shawnee Rd.
Her first husband, Carl Kimble, died in 1948. Another son, Robert J. Kimble, was fatally injured in Alaska in 1945.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Chiles and Sons-Laman Chapel of Memories, Rev. Leonard Mann officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Dorcas Circle of Church and the Eastern Star chapter of Bradenton, Fla.
